The project includes:
vector plan drawings (dxf format) for laser and milling CNC machines (end mill cutter diameter 3.175mm) for cutting out from the vector contours;
step-by-step assembly guide in pdf format.


The ping pong bow was made of plywood. Plywood sheet has the thickness of 6 mm.
Attention! I will change the CNC files if you have plywood sheet of different thickness (in the range of 5.8 – 6.8mm).

As springs are used rubber bands with the length of about 90 mm. The diameter of the ping pong balls is 40mm.

I glued plywood parts with PVA wood glue.
